Having guests over and want to pull together an easy dessert ? This Easy Banoffee Pie is sinfully easy and will delight most dessert lovers.

The How to Bit
- Crush the biscuits and mix in the melted butter – press into a pie tin to form the base and let chill.
- If you are using condensed milk place the tins ( unopened ) in to large pan of water boil the tins for 2/3 hours making sure the water does not run dry – keep filling it up otherwise you will end up with exploding tins and that is never good. This is why buying the pre-made caramel can be safer and quicker.
- Spread the caramel mixture onto your chilled biscuit base and then slice the banana and layer on top
- Finally whip the cream and decorate the top with grated chocolate.
Want to make it a bit more luscious for adults
Use shortbread biscuits instead of digestives and add a slice the bananas into a pan with a small shot of Baileys and mix gently until combined Serve in a large glass with chucks of dark chocolate and crushed pecan in the caramel – divine.
